This is also a way of saying very clean

Neat Freak

When you really hate things that are dirty or messy

“My brother is a real net freak – he spends hours every day making sure his room is spick and span”

Elbow Grease

When something requires a lot of physical effort to clean

“With a little elbow grease, I’m sure you can get that wine stain out of your pants!”
