If governments had started addressing climate change 20 years ago, how do you think the world would be different today? If more people cared about climate change, what might we have achieved in the last decade?

Today I want to talk about climate change and the environment, and especially how actions in the past are affecting the present and continuing actions today impact the past. 

To do this, we need to understand mixed conditionals and know how to use mixed conditionals in real life situations
