This week the ‘Thinking in English’ Community is talking about how to live a longer, healthier, happier life.

The way we live in the modern world can sometimes make it harder to be healthy, but our life choices can really impact how long we live and how happy we are.

Certain places in the world have been linked to longer lives, healthier lifestyles, and happier people. In what ways can we all live longer, healthier, and happier?

Here are 10 conversation questions to get you talking about how to live a longer, healthier, happier life.
